All about the Future

Yesterday we were talking about how old we will be when we are 50 years older and what our life will be like...then we decided to widen our search and we began to talk about: "What will the world be like in 50 years?"

1. It will be hotter

2. There will be less land (the land will be flooded)

3. Many cities won't exist anymore (we think cities like Venice and the entire country of Holland will disappear)

4. We will live on other planets or the moon.

5. There will be new technologies at home:
- washing machines will talk
- there will be robots
- beds will make themselves
- clothing won't need to be ironed (we hate ironing!)

6. Cars will fly

7. There won't be any more factory workers, because machines will take over their jobs. The life of the craftsman will change.

8. Globalization and immigration will change the food in Italy. We will eat more international food here.

9. Food will cook itself (we're still trying to figure out how, though). There won't be any more cooks or chefs!

10. Animals will finally speak! (so THAT'S what Fluffy is always trying to say!)

11. Certain diseases and illnesses will no longer exist.
